She had to learn her new routine and she felt so rushed in the morning.
She woke up and was grumpy rushing around. There as never enough time to get ready and eat her breakfast.
She was half sleeping when she was brushing her teeth.
She always seemed to forget something every morning as she rushed out the door.

What should Emilia do to feel less rushed in her morning routine?



When Emilia woke up the next morning, she began her morning routine that she had planned out the night before.
She first got dressed, ate her breakfast and then she brushed her teeth.
She did not need to pack her backpack because she did that the night before. She just grabbed it as she left.
She felt prepared because she got things ready and made a plan the night before.
Stay in bed sleeping, she is so tired.

She was overwhelmed by what needed to be done.
She was so tired and just wanted more rest.
After about fifteen minutes, her mom came running in, telling her to get up because they were going to be late.
She was even more rushed than usual and left her homework sitting on the counter!
